Fort Dodge, Iowa– County Upper played in their third game in three days against an Iowa Central team freshly back from their Thanksgiving break. Although CU played hard they took too long to get going and fell 77 – 32.

Marshalltown, Iowa – Senior forward/guard Grant Bangs posted 7 points as County Upper Basketball Academy lost 89 – 35 at Marshalltown as part of the Comfort Inn Classic tournament. The contest was the first game for County Upper in America .

On the 25th of November 2009 County Upper Basketball Academy became the first Basketball Academy in England to step foot in America with the opportunity to play against 5 college programmes between the 27th of November and the 2nd of December.
